Map Purpose
Promote a guided safari itinerary across Tanzania’s national parks and help travelers visualize the journey through key parks, and wildlife encounters.

Challenge
Design a visually simple map that captures the essence of an adventurous safari, highlighting multiple parks and wildlife without overwhelming the viewer.

Project Description
This hand-drawn itinerary map was created for Patch Adventures to showcase a safari journey through some of Tanzania’s most iconic landscapes. Designed for use on the agency’s website and brochures, the map covers major destinations from Arusha to the Serengeti and offers a quick visual preview of the experiences travelers can expect.

Illustrations
Minimalist illustrations highlight Tanzania’s famous wildlife (elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, and cheetahs) as well as unique scenes like campfire evenings and the flamingo-dotted Ngorongoro Crater. The illustrations add warmth and storytelling while keeping the layout clean and informative.
